A temporary fix has been pushed to address this issue as part of the maintenance. The bot should now function as normal.

Unstable performances have been identified, revolving around the loading of audio tracks. The bot may fall into a loop of failures when attempting to load the next audio track and therefore unable to play any audio. When such issue happens, the website is stuck on displaying "loading current track data". However, after some time, the bot is able to load the audio track & resume streaming.

The cause of this issue is unknown, the bot's status will be closely monitored. Please be patient if the bot is silent, as the bot is working out things behind the scene.

Please do not submit any incident reports, unless the bot goes completely offline.
